That's awesome! I've got a bike but have gotten out of the habit. I've been thinking of reading a chapter of a good book a day on it, so I stay interested. I think I need some structure, like you've got, but I know I'll never log my miles like you do.
We'll see how long this lasts. :D I'm trying to make it a habit - if I can do it daily for three weeks, I think I'll have it ingrained enough to do so. I can easily get thrown off track by getting sick or going away for a few days, though.
