Tired...
Got to bed early, but woke up an hour and fifteen minutes before the alarm and didn't drop back off until right before it went off, ugh. And on top of several days of not much sleep, not fun.
Am also physically tired, as did the Wii Fit last night for 30 minutes. I've figured out how to cheat at the hula hoop game, and learned that I suck at the juggling game.
Also: Mario in medieval manuscripts.

There's options - the stimulants like Ritalin and Adderall can be taken during the times you need them (well, provided you remember), so you can control your dosage, Strattera (what I'm taking) is something you take every day to keep a therapeutic level in your bloodstream and is much milder in action than the stimulants, so may take the edge off your restlessness without killing your creativity, and the third option is therapy: cognitive behavioral therapy* tends to show great promise in getting people with ADHD to construct coping strategies - so it shouldn't impact your creativity at all, but might help you figure out ways you can get the work done.
* Also known as CBT, which always makes me blink for a moment because I've been on the intartubes too long.**
** Anyone reading this who doesn't know that acronym ... don't Google it at work.
