Whoa!

Echo Bazaar players will get my astonishment at seeing this. :)

A twist in your tale! You are now Melancholy.
Is it any coincidence that last night I dreamed of desperately trying to shut and lock windows against ravens trying to get in?*

* Honestly! I did! The locks were so hard to catch!

If you start making money by selling stuff, you can buy a bottle of laudanum that'll take your Nightmares down by 1 (at the expense of Wounds, for which you can buy tincture). And if you buy and equip a Cheerful Goldfish, it'll take Nightmares down by 1. :D

(Also - I got friended on Twitter by someone I didn't recognize who had Echo Bazaar tweets; was it you? And if it was could you tell me the name again because I accidentally deleted that email. :D)

wasn't me...

I bought the goldfish but I must have missed seeing the laudanum

Hm. I suppose I'll have to post a plea for people whose Twitter names aren't their LJ/DW names to ID themselves to me when friending. :)

The laudanum is in the Curiosities section, and you use it by clicking on it on your character page. Costs an action, but then what doesn't?

I think I'm in danger of becoming addicted to laudanum (isn't that an opiate?). I've also gotten some from rolling a drunk.

I use Tirwen pretty much everywhere unless I'm forced to use my real name.
