Migraine day

I started expecting this to happen last night when I got home from work with the mild headache I'd had all day and all of a sudden all the energy when whoosh! out of me and I collapsed like a beanbag. Food helped a bit, but I finally made the exhaustion/migraine connection before the actual day of the migraine.
So, home today. Relpax helped a bit, I slept until 1 PM, but it's not fully gone. It's not one of the HUGE PAIN ones, at least. And I have Trazodone to help me get to sleep at a normal time tonight, so I don't get sleep-dep tomorrow making it worse. So things could be a lot worse.
In conclusion: blarg.
