Still feeling the effects of the fall from yesterday - now all the muscles that I managed to pull on the short trip from the upright position to the ground are starting to make their presences known. Nothing bad - it's like I worked out, and not even near the worst pain I've had from overdoing working out* - but annoying and making me stiff and cranky. And I'm discovering odd palces of my body that have muscles to be pulled that I didn't think could be pulled.
And I had a migraine starting this morning and called in to work late so I could sleep a couple more hours, which headed off the pain but not the lethargy. ARG.
* The worst pain EVAR from that was a trip to Carlsbad Caverns a couple of years ago. A group of us went and drove all night, catching a couple of hours sleep in a McDonald's parking lot before the caverns opened, and we all decided that we'd walk down into the caverns through the natural entrance and take the elevator up when we were done. OMG that was painful afterwards - I was in agony for a week and couldn't move without serious pain from every muscle in the lower half of my body.
